Today it was Bank Holiday Monday and in the afternoon the sun came out so we decided to get the paddling pool for the first time this year! Our outside tap is connected to the hot water supply so the kids loved having a big outside "bubble bath" and then running in and out of the sprinkler! Such fun!

Today we all went off to Paulton's Park along with Grandma and Grandad who are visiting us this weekend. It was a scorching hot day and we all had lots of fun going on the rides! Fenton loves Paulton's park and we said all being well we'll try and go there again in September!

Today we went to Butlins for 4 nights. In rained quite a bit and the start of the holiday but we still made the most of it and went swimming a few times, went on the rides, went to the beach, played crazy golf and the kids went on the donkeys! As soon as we got back home Fenton started crying and said he wanted to go back to Butlins!!

I knew it was only a matter of time! We've just come back from the doctors and it has been confirmed that Fenton has chicken pox! We didn't think it was too bad today but the following day he woke up covered in spots so I was out with the calamine lotion and he now looks like a ghost!
Dunk was moaning about the pigeons pooing on the trampoline. "I know Daddy" Fenton piped up "Why don't you put TV's up in the trees and play dinosaurs on them to scare the pigeons away!" Oh how we laughed!!
Fenton is coming along well with his writing and the recent words that he has written includes "cat", "all" and "hello"!
