Fenton Forrest Bramble

We had to laugh tonight when I put Fenton's dinner in front of him and he said "Oh no Mummy - worms!" It was in fact the black bits of rice that you get with wild rice!!

Today we went off to Butlins for 4 nights like we did last year. Fenton enjoyed the bigger rides that he wasn't able to go on last year because he wasn't tall enough and we all enjoyed going swimming and the entertainment. All in all a very good break :)

Dunk was clearing out the garage today ready for the building work when Fenton spotted his bike in the garage. He got on it and said to Dunk "I'm going to Paulton's Park now Daddy!" "Do you know how to get there?" Dunk asked him. "Yes" replied Fenton. "Well make sure you're back for dinner!" Dunk said and Fenton said that he would be and off he went! Dunk had to chase after him!! Think we're going to have to be careful with leaving the front door unlocked now!

As part of the Rainbow Playgroup annual outing we all went off to Legoland again. Fenton enjoyed being able to go on "bigger boy" rides and loved the fact that Daddy had come along with us to join in the fun.

This morning I told Fenton that we'd be going to the dentist in the afternoon. "I get sticker!" he said. Where does he get these things from? Anyway he had a great time brushing a big toy hippo's teeth with a big toothbrush, colouring in and playing with the toys, eating apples and yes he did get a sticker! A Bob the Builder one!! Visits to the dentist were never this much fun when I was a kid!!
