A few weeks ago we bought one of those padded seats that kids use on the toilet along with a little footstool. Fenton wasn't interested in trying it out so we put them away in the cupboard but today he decided to get them out and sit on the toilet completing his act with having a wee on there! He now enjoys getting on and off the toilet several times during the day and flusing the toilet afterwards! He's a clever boy and I don't think proper toilet training will be too far off now!
When Fenton's nappy was full today he decided to do something about it so he went into the front room took off his trousers and nappy and did a wee on the potty! He then went to put his dirty nappy into a nappy sack! Clever boy!
Fenton found a magnetic capital letter "E" on the kitchen floor that had fallen off the fridge. "And what letter is this?" I asked him. He turned the letter onto its side and then answered "Mmmmm"! Yes an "E" on its side can look like an "M"! Well done!
Since getting some Bob the Builder jigsaw puzzles for his birthday Fenton has become quite good at doing puzzles and today he managed to do a 30 piece jigsaw without any help from us! Well done!
Fenton loves singing usually in his funny little language but now he's coming out with more recognisable songs such as "row, row, row your boat" and "twinkle, twinkle" and he's learning more of the lines every day.
Tonight whilst in the bath Fenton buried his face into the bubbles and emerged with a white frothy 'beard'. "Father Christmas!!" he exclaimed proudly! Oh we love our adorable and funny little boy!
