Fenton Forrest Bramble

Despite us telling him not to, Fenton likes to throw the food that he doesn't want from his highchair tray onto the table. Tonight though we were very surprised when a chunk of chicken came hurtling over and landed in Dunk's glass of juice! Plop! I wonder if Fenton will be good at golf when he's older?

Fenton seems to have accepted Lorien as part of the family now. He kisses her goodnight without being prompted and brings her a musical rabbit when she's crying. He can even say "Lori"!

Dunk took Fenton swimming today. They had a lovely time and Fenton enjoyed the showers afterwards. On their way back to the changing room though Fenton mysteriously disappeared. One minute Fenton was there and the next he was gone! Luckily for Dunk someone had seen him hide himself in one of the lockers otherwise he would had spent a long time looking for him!!! Cheeky monkey!

Fenton turned into a green-eyed monster today when we put Lorien in his pushchair to go to the local pub for lunch. He started crying "my chair! my chair!" so we ended up carrying Lorien! We went into town a few days later but he was happy to let her use "his" pushchair whilst he ran riot with Daddy in hot pursuit! We'll get the double buggy soon so there will be no more tantrams about pushchairs :)

Fenton's days as an only child have ended and he is now big brother to Lorien who arrived today. He's not too sure of the new addition to the family but he does kiss her goodnight when he goes to bed and brings her toys to look at! Lori is lucky to have such a lovely big brother to watch out for her :)
