Fenton Forrest Bramble

Today we took Fenton on his first holiday abroad. We went to a nice resort in Bulgaria for 2 weeks called Sunny Beach. Fenton had lots of fun splashing around in the water, riding in his inflatable taxi, helping Daddy build sandcastles (or rather knocking them over) and practising his walking technique! We saw him take 6 steps unaided so it's only a matter of time now until the big moment!

Fenton went on his first ever plane flight today. He was very brave. We were heading to Bulgaria for our first foreign holiday. He loved the take off and bumpy landing, but wasn't always entirely happy on being on mummy and daddy's lap for 3 hours. Nevertheless, it was a big adventure for him and he made lots of new friends with the other passengers on the plane!

Today our weeks of teaching Fenton to put his hands together and clap finally paid off. I guess he was just waiting for something worth applauding ;)

48Paddling

I hosted a mothers meeting today and luckily it was warm enough to get the paddling pool out. Fenton loves splashing around in the water with his little mates.

This morning it was very sunny outside and I was giving Fenton his breakfast in the dining room. Suddenly the room went gloomy as a large cloud passed over the sun. I was very impressed that Fenton immediately looked up to the ceiling light!!
