I hosted a mother's meeting today with the girls that I met at antenatal class. Fenton was very sociable and liked prodding and grabbing the other little babies. Here's a picture of him with his little friends.

Today's lunch wasn't as I expected. Up til now I've been enjoying scrumptious "mummy milk" but today it was replaced by some gloopy gloop that I have never seen before. That said though, it wasn't too bad - not quite as delicate as my usual tipple but it filled my little belly up nicely. Mummy says that this is big boy food and that it should help me sleep better through the night but that doesn't sell it to me as I quite like my midnight cuddles although the new stuff is much more fun to throw around :)

First Family Holiday

Today we went away for a long weekend to a country hotel called The Lamphrey Court Hotel in Pembrokeshire for our first family holiday. There were leisure facilities and Dunk and I treated ourselves to a full body massage each. We took Fenton swimming for the first time in an orange inflatable craft which he dangled his legs through. He must have thought it was some kind of large bath and I think he was relieved when we didn't start washing his hair! He hates that! The weather was kind to us and one day we visited nearby Tenby and took a walk along the seafront. Fantastic beach! Maybe one Summer we'll go back! It was great to get away for a couple of days relaxation and to spend some quality family time together!
